This CPU is clocked at 900 MHz, can hangle a maximum temp set to 95°C, and features a 100 MHZ DDR Front side bus and a 64 KB L2 cache. This CPU was built in mid-April 2001 while AMD announced the first Mobile Duron 900 on Aug, 20th 2001.
